26% of small businesses spend between 10-30% of their budget on social media showcasing, according to Visual Object’s recent poll.
Small businesses consider popular social media platforms to be beneficial when it comes to advertising, as 70% are planning to invest more in social media advertising in 2022. Other popular ad investment channels for small businesses include print advertising (34%), PPC & search engine and streaming advertising, both at 31%.
At 70%, Facebook is the most popular social media channel for small business advertising, followed by YouTube (54%), and Instagram (52%). More than 25% of small firms spent less than $10,000 on advertising in 2021.
