Since most customers respond positively to visual cues, as much as possible, avoid using the zoom function for product images intended for the brand website or social media. The likelihood of people purchasing a product goes up, the more appealing product images look online.
Posting must be consistent to keep visitors engaged and to have them return. Setting up a posting schedule is recommended. To further engage people online, post polls and surveys, respond to customer reviews and request consumers to share their experiences with the brand’s product.
