With the highest uplift in Ad Awareness score, iPhone wins YouGov Advertiser of the Month in October out of all brands we tracked in the UAE.
According to data from YouGov BrandIndex, which tracks the fundamentals of brand health daily, the percentage of people who saw an iPhone ad rose to 55.3% on October 25 from 47.5% on September 26 (+7.8).
The boost in iPhone’s Ad Awareness score follows the launch of iPhone 13 line-up on September 24. Later in October, Apple UAE released a video featuring two-time Oscar winning filmmaker, Kathryn Bigelow, in a movie set who is seen shooting various sequences of her film using iPhone 13.
iPhone’s Word of Mouth score also saw a significant rise throughout the month of October. When asked, “Which of the following brands or providers have you talked about with friends and family in the past two weeks?”, 48.5% of consumers in the UAE chose iPhone on September 26. This share of audience rose to 53.3% on October 25.
Methodology: YouGov BrandIndex collects data on thousands of brands every day. iPhone's Ad Awareness score is based on the question: Which of the following brands or providers have you seen an advertisement for in the past two weeks?
