Nine in 10 (90%) registered voters who plan to vote in person know their polling location, according to the latest Economist/YouGov Poll.
The data comes as some states across the nation begin early voting, and with fifteen days until the 2020 presidential election.
While most registered voters know their polling location, 8% say they don’t know, yet.
Registered voters over the age of 65 are the most likely age demographic to know their polling location. Nearly all (99%) voters over 65 say their know where to cast their vote, compared to 85% of 18-29 year-olds, 78% of 30-44 year-olds, and 91% of 45-64 year-olds.

Methodology: The Economist survey was conducted by YouGov using a nationally representative sample of 1,500 registered voters interviewed online between October 11 - 13, 2020. This sample was weighted according to gender, age, race, and education based on the American Community Survey, conducted by the US Bureau of the Census, as well as 2016 Presidential vote, registration status, geographic region, and news interest. Respondents were selected from YouGov’s opt-in panel to be representative of all US citizens. The margin of error is approximately 4% for the overall sample.
