Data from YouGov BrandIndex reveals that Jaguar’s Ad Awareness score saw a rise of 2.1 percentage points in September
Jaguar claims Automotive Advertiser of the Month in the United Kingdom after registering the highest increase in Ad Awareness in the automotive sector during the month of September.
The Ad Awareness score in YouGov BrandIndex tracks whether consumers have seen an ad for a specific brand in the last two weeks. Jaguar’s Ad Awareness, which sat at 2.8% on August 27, rose to 4.9% by September 28 (+2.1).
The bump may be partially attributed to the announcement of the luxury carmaker as the official partner for the climate change summit, COP26, which is set to take place in Glasgow in November. Jaguar Land Rover announced that it will be providing all-electric vehicles for the delegates and team members attending the event.
But that is not all that was in store for the iconic English car brand during September. In a recent tweet, it was also announced that the Jaguar XF is set to be featured in the latest James Bond movie, No Time To Die. A video was also released starring Jaguar Racing’s Formula E driver Mitch Evans who is seen driving the XF on the streets of London with Parkour athlete Lynn Jung in hot pursuit.
