Last night’s Jersey 4 Jersey benefit concert brought together acts including Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, Halsey, Charlie Puth, and Fountains of Wayne. But which performance did viewers like the best?
A poll conducted today finds that among YouGov Direct users who watched the show, Jon Bon Jovi came out on top. About one-third (34%) of respondents who watched the 1-hour event say Jon Bon Jovi was the best musical performance.
About one-quarter (26%) of users who watched the show say that Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa put on the best musical performance. Meanwhile, 8 percent said the best performance came from Halsey while 7 percent say it was
.
YouGov Direct users who like alternative/indie music (34%) and classic rock (31%) were especially likely to say that Bruce Springsteen put on the best performance of the evening.
In addition to musical performances, the broadcast also featured appearances from Jon Stewart, Whoopi Goldberg, Chelsea Handler and Danny DeVito. Donations made during the event went toward the New Jersey Pandemic Relief Fund.

Methodology: Data is based on 1,584 interviews with YouGov Direct panelists, including 525 panelists who watched the Jersey 4 Jersey show. The dataset was weighted based on age and gender to best represent the US population. Interviews were conducted through the YouGov Direct app on April 23, 2020.
