By large margins, Americans oppose each of three recent Donald Trump construction projects: building a new White House ballroom, renovating the Trump-Kennedy Center, and building an arch near the Lincoln Memorial. Large shares also disapprove of his renaming of the Kennedy Center and his proposed renaming of the Dulles Airport.

- Closing the Trump-Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts for a two-year renovation, which will include removing some of the exterior marble while keeping the steel frame (53% vs. 19%)
- Building a 250-foot-high arch near the Lincoln Memorial that would feature a statue of Lady Liberty on top (52% vs. 21%)
