Netflix’s new film “Project Power” knocked out the competition out this week, taking home the mantle of most popular and most effective trailer.
Of those who took the survey, 77 percent were already aware of The Secret Garden and 18 percent of users said they were already likely to see the movie before watching the trailer.
Before watching the trailer for Cut Throat City, just 7 percent of YouGov Direct users said they were somewhat or very likely to watch the film. However after users viewed the energetic trailer, that number increased to 36 percent.
New research from Yahoo News/YouGov finds that most (56%) Americans think that cancel culture in the United States is a very big (28%) or somewhat big (28%) problem.

Prior to seeing the "Old Guard" trailer, 28 percent of YouGov Direct respondents said they were likely to see this action flick. But after viewing the trailer on the YouGov Direct App, 47 percent said they were now likely to see it.
The Netflix anthology series “Homemade'' made waves this week for being one of the first major movie projects to be written, filmed and edited in lockdown. But despite its groundbreaking premise and all-star cast, the trailer for this project failed to impress YouGov Direct users, who were far more excited by the trailer for Disney’s recording of the smash hit musical “Hamilton.”
Indie crime thriller “Run with the Hunted” beat out big budget Netflix comedies and star studded political dramas to claim the mantle of most effective trailer this week.
The most popular trailer this week was undoubtedly the airborne thriller “7500.”
